My wife and I agree that Amanda was an excellent choice to sell our home. We interviewed 4 agents and decided on Amanda based on her knowledge and mastery of modern real estate sales techniques, with a heavy emphasis on the internet. She brought in a professional photographer who took beautiful pictures to sell our home. She worked with us on an effective strategy that got our home into contract in 2 1/2 months in what has been a very sluggish market in our area. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with her. Everything you could want in a real estate agent. She was very quick, accurate and very professional in dealing with the seller. Thought of things to protect my interests that I wasn't even aware of. She was always available to answer my questions, view the property numerous times, ,and negotiate situations to get the deal done to my satisfaction. She was also very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding comps in the area to make me at ease that I was not over-paying. No surprises at closing as she explained everything clearly and accurately. You could not hope to get a better agent on your side. She made the whole experience very easy and comforting. I will highly recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a property. (less)
